Social Skills Training

For many children with autism, the social world can feel like a game where everyone else knows the rules except them. Our Social Skills Training provides the "playbook" they need to form meaningful connections with peers.

We offer both individual instruction and small social groups where children can practice skills in a safe, structured environment before trying them on the playground or at school.

What We Practice:

• Conversation Skills: How to start a chat, stay on topic, and ask questions.
• Peer Interaction: Sharing, turn-taking, and handling winning/losing games gracefully.
• Emotional Regulation: Identifying feelings in themselves and others.
• Social Cues: Reading body language, tone of voice, and personal space.
